As a holistic health advocate, I am deeply passionate about empowering women in their 60s and 70s to prioritize their own well-being. Having experienced the detrimental effects of neglecting my own health in the past, I understand the challenges faced by women who have spent years caring for others at the expense of their own self-care. With a comprehensive approach to total health, I guide and support my clients in making lasting lifestyle changes that result in increased energy, improved lab results, and a sharper mind.
With over 40 years of experience in the field of holistic health, I bring a diverse skill set to my coaching practice. As a certified Holobody Coach and a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner, I have studied and integrated various modalities into my work, allowing me to address all pillars of health, not just nutrition and exercise. Drawing upon my background as a Dental Hygienist and Special Educator, I leverage my knowledge of head and neck anatomy, TMJ, and learning disabilities to provide a unique perspective in guiding women towards holistic well-being. My expertise extends to muscle monitoring, a skill I have honed for over 40 years, enabling me to delve deeper into the subconscious and facilitate transformative breakthroughs in all dimensions of health.

I believe that true empowerment comes not only from individual transformations but also from the power of community. Through my coaching, I foster a supportive environment where connections are forged, and support becomes a cornerstone. After class I went to my friend's house and was telling his family how awesome the class was. His dad challenged me. He said he has had lower back pains for 20 years and 1500 milligrams of morphine didn't relieve it. So I touched the points on his head for about 45 seconds and he said the pain was gone. Then his mom said she injured her leg earlier that week and had taken a bunch of different drugs to reliever it but nothing worked so I used some of the techniques you taught us and the same thing happened! She told me she felt the pain going away! When I left a few hours later I asked them and they said they still felt good!
